1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or older, if required by your local laws). This website and our services are intended for professionals and adults. If you are under 13, please do not use this site or submit any personal information.

2. The Personal Innovation Experience

Welcome to InspirU. This website is a "Mobile-First Web-app" provided by BrilliU.app Ltd. By using this website and registering an account, you agree to these terms.

3. Innovation Project Credits, Payments & Refunds

• Free to start. Your account is free and includes a free allowance of Aurelius AI.
• One credit, one project. When the free allowance is used, an Innovation Project Credit lets you use Aurelius AI to complete one of your Comets & Innovation Projects.
• Fair use. Each credit includes generous use of Aurelius AI on its project, well beyond what completing a typical project needs. If a project reaches that limit, you can continue it with another credit.
• North Star included. Any purchase includes full access to your North Star setting session (completed once).
• No subscription. Buy one credit or a pack of three. Each is a one-off payment and nothing renews.
• Credits don't expire. Use them on any project, whenever you choose.
• Prices include any VAT or sales tax that applies. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
• All purchases are final. Access starts the moment you buy. By buying, you ask for that immediate access and accept that purchases can't be refunded. Your legal rights still apply if a credit is faulty or not as described.
• Deleting a project you've paid for doesn't return its credit.

4. User Content & Data Rights

When you answer reflective and challenge questions on this site, as well as capturing and developing your ideas using Comets & Innovation Projects and Aurelius AI, you retain ownership of all your words and ideas. You grant us permission to use this information strictly for the purposes of providing you with a personalised experience in the app.

Aggregated Data Academic Research and Benchmarking: By completing the CQ Study, you grant BrilliU.app Ltd a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use your anonymized answers and scores to generate insights for our academic research and industry benchmarking service. This aggregated data will never distinguish you personally or reveal your identity.

Voice Input & Read-Aloud: If you choose to use the microphone, your browser's own speech service (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) turns your speech into text. We never receive, record or store your voice, only the text you choose to submit. This is a feature of your browser, not one of our processors. Voice input is optional and relies on your device and browser; please review transcribed text before submitting. Read-aloud is optional, uses InspirU's own AI-generated voice, and may be limited to a number of read-outs per day depending on your plan.

Uploaded Files: You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it contains nothing unlawful, harmful or malicious. All uploaded files are security-screened, and any file that fails screening is rejected and deleted. Knowingly uploading malicious content is a breach of Section 8.

Digital Legacy: You may nominate one trusted data beneficiary. If your account becomes permanently dormant, they may ask to inherit your InspirU data. We release it only after we have tried to contact you and verified their request. Company (enterprise) data is never included. Enterprise users cannot nominate a data beneficiary, as part of our strict SOC 2 controls. A nomination does not override the law: we may also act on a court order or a valid request from your estate's legal representative.

5. Content & Attribution Policy

The "Sparks" provided on InspirU are original summaries and interpretations created by our human editorial team. They are designed to inspire you to explore the source material further.

• Original Work: The Insight, Reflection and Challenge text, and the CQ analysis module are the intellectual property of BrilliU.app Ltd. Created by humans, not AI.
• Attribution: We cite the author and book title ("Inspired by...") to give credit where it is due. This is for attribution purposes only.
• No Affiliation: Unless explicitly stated, InspirU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the authors or publishers of the books referenced.
• Fair Use: Our summaries are educational. They are not substitutes for the original books. We encourage you to purchase and read the full books to gain the complete knowledge offered by these experts.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, underlying system architecture, code, proprietary methodologies (including the North Star and 3-CQ frameworks), our Aurelius AI models, their underlying data structures, instructional prompts, and the specific wording of the Sparks are the exclusive intellectual property of BrilliU.app Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or use our content, methodologies, or branding without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer & AI Limitations

This InspirU app provides educational and inspirational content. It is not a substitute for licensed professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Furthermore, while Aurelius AI acts as a strategic conversational partner and coach, it is an Artificial Intelligence model. It may occasionally produce inaccurate, hallucinated, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for validating any business, financial, or technical decisions made using the platform.

Aurelius AI never makes an autonomous decision about you. It does not determine hiring decisions, performance evaluations, promotions, or any other consequential judgement about an individual — a human is always in the loop for decisions that affect you.

8. Acceptable Use & Account Termination

We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against using our platform to generate content that is illegal, physically dangerous, or promotes harm to oneself or others. InspirU employs an automated safety and ethics monitoring system. Violations of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account without warning and without refund.

9. Reporting a Security Concern

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or wish to report a security concern, please contact our security team directly at security@inspiru.ai.

10. Service Availability

InspirU is built on independently-certified, auto-scaling cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud/Firebase and Vercel), designed for continuous availability. While we work hard to keep the service available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access — the service may occasionally be unavailable for scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or reasons outside our control. We do not currently offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA); enterprise customers with specific availability requirements should contact us directly to discuss options.
